New Clients - Submit a new client enquiry

If you are a new client, the first step is to complete a new client enquiry form. This gives Claire the opportunity to review your enquiry personally and to ensure that Imrama Psychology is the right fit before your first appointment is scheduled.

There is no obligation in submitting an enquiry. Claire responds personally to all new client enquiries, typically within one two business days.

If you have a question before submitting, about how Claire works, whether your concern is within scope, or simply whether this feels like the right fit, please don't hesitate to ask. That conversation is always available.

Existing Clients - Manage Your Appointments

If you are an existing client, you can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly through the Imrama Psychology client portal at any time, no need to contact Claire directly for routine appointment changes.

Through the portal you can book your next session, reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, join the waitlist if your preferred time is not currently available, access your telehealth link before each session, and view and pay invoices.

Practical Details

Availability Appointments are available on Wednesdays and alternate Saturdays, face to face in Subiaco and via telehealth across Western Australia and Australia-wide.

Session fees Individual sessions from $270 (standard hours). Medicare rebates apply with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan, bringing the gap to $124.75. No referral is required to attend.

Response time Claire responds personally to all new client enquiries, typically within one business day.
