Crisis Support Services

Appointments and Urgent Support

Imrama Psychology is a private practice offering sessions by appointment only. It is not a crisis service and is not able to provide emergency or after-hours support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about the immediate safety of yourself or someone else, please contact one of the services below or present to your nearest emergency department.

Claire genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone who reaches out, and if you are in a difficult moment right now, the services listed here are staffed by people who can help.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 000 or present to your nearest emergency department
