Chronic Health Conditions

Living with a chronic physical health condition carries a psychological burden that is frequently underestimated and often invisible to the people around you. Claire works with people navigating the psychological impacts of diabetes, hypermobility, POTS, and other autoimmune presentations, drawing on her background in endocrinology and her experience at the intersection of physical and mental health.

She is familiar with the way these conditions often co-occur with eating disorders, neurodiversity, anxiety, and hormonal health concerns, and works across these intersections. The exhaustion of managing a complex body, and of having that complexity minimised or misunderstood, is something Claire takes seriously.
