Group Programs

Group therapy offers something individual therapy cannot, the particular experience of working through difficult things alongside other people who understand, from the inside, what you are navigating. For many presentations, the group itself is part of the therapeutic process: the shared recognition, the reduction in isolation, and the relational learning that happens when people work together toward something meaningful.

Groups at Imrama Psychology are small, carefully structured, and clinically grounded. They are run in collaboration with other practitioners at the Churchill Ave Practice, a collective of experienced clinicians whose areas of expertise span perinatal mental health, relationship and couples support, eating disorders, neurodiversity, and the challenges of professional life, and delivered in the Wild Rose Wellness & Psychology group therapy space.

Specific programs, dates, facilitators, and referral pathways will be confirmed and updated here as groups are established.

If you are interested in being considered for a group program, or if you are a clinician interested in collaborative facilitation, Claire welcomes your enquiry.
