Trauma, Stress, & Identity Issues
Difficult histories have a way of shaping the present in ways that aren't always immediately obvious; patterns in relationships, in how you respond to stress, in what feels possible. Claire works with people navigating the impacts of trauma, chronic stress, and identity questions: family of origin dynamics, significant life transitions, and the relational patterns that form in response to early experiences.
This work often threads through other presentations such as eating disorders, perinatal mental health, neurodiversity, and Claire brings particular sensitivity to these intersections. You don't need a neat account of what happened or a clear sense of how it connects to where you are now. Making sense of that together is often part of the work.
